Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
2. Convert prospect into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential, affordable and commercials properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospect.
3. Use leads generated by Marketing and Technical Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporate, clubs etc).
4. Provide after-sales services and assist in Home loans for the customers.
5. Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
6. Submit activity/sales report to Reporting Manager.
7. Responsible to maintain the database of the clients and updating them regarding different proceedings of their purchased Units.
8. Do follow-up time to time with our existing clients.

1. Post Graduate/ Graduate in Business administration or relevant field.
2. Proven experience in sales, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
3. Good computer skills (MS Office).
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Well organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving & multi-tasking.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. A Team Player with a high level of dedication to achieve goals
8. Ability to work independently as well as with managers and employees at all levels
9. Demonstrates confidence & maturity in client-facing situations
10. Candidate can join within a week.
