Job Description

Job Specification: Responsible for generating revenues for BASIC ELEMENTS by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts
Job Description :
1. Data sourcing Management and reporting
2. Sales Meeting & demonstrations
3. Sales proposals
4. Sales conversions.
Qualification Reqd: B. Tech - Mechanical or Electrical or/and MBA
Experience Reqd. Min. 3 years (mandatory)
Additional Preferences Should have been a B2B salesperson, who Behavioral Attributes
1. Builder of rapport and an achiever.
2. Should be able to listen and then answer.
3. Go-getter
4. Should be an energy body.
5. Etiquette of telephone, meeting, and mailing 
6. Skills of questioning, Listening, selling and Negotiation.
7. WIN-WIN philosophy.Knowledge 
1. Tech-savvy, internet-savvy.
2. Microsoft office, word, excel, PowerPoint and PDF. Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an added advantage.
3. Internet usage
4. Gaining information on BANTPreferred Previous Work Experience In Fire safety companies, or plywood, tiles, plumbing, Electrical. or in-Service industries like Eureka Forbes, Kent RO, IFB, Whirlpool etc.
Age Not less than 20 and not more than 40.
