Hiring Sales Manager For Construction company @ Hyderabad

Salary : 30-50k
Qualification: Any Graduation with MBA (Marketing)
Experience : 5-8 yrs

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Researching & Developing planning and implementing new sales plans.
• Coordinating and communicating necessary requirements with branding and Growth
  

Consultants.

• Managing both the sales & marketing sales staff and perform managerial to meet the
  

company operations goals.

• Keeping their Lead nurture motivated to close sales. They set Weekly ,daily, monthly goals
  

for the Lead nurture to work towards and track these goals by meeting with Lead nurtures on
a regular basis. They also conduct team meetings and offer advice and incentives for lead
nurtures to achieve goals.

• Hire and train staff, responsible for conducting interviews and hiring staff. Develop and
  

implement training programs that teach Lead nurture how to get customer, negotiate real
estate deals acquiring financing and properly fill out sales paperwork.

• Undertake negotiations and closing of sales.
• Maintain client relationships (vendors and sales customers),real estate sales managers
  

maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future
business opportunities and referrals.

• Should have understanding on market survey.
• candidate who have experience in real estate and construction company will be added advantage.
