  • A business development mangers main task is to facilitate the growth of the business for which he or she works. 
  • Working primarily with the sales and marketing departments, this experienced professional develops training plans to educate and motivate employees of a company to perform at their most profitable level.
  • Responsible for sales related activities like follow-up of business inquiries, converting in to orders, appointing business associates, review of their performance on periodic basis.
  • Coordinates with commercial, service departments in extending maximum possible support to business.
  • Submits all reports in required formats and forward to HO for compilation as well as consideration through respective in-charge.
  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans
  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Responsible for managing the Sales Leads.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process.
  • Achievement of agreed targets and managing accounts.
  • Draw up strategies to counter competition.
  • Should possess capabilities to handle strategic activities.
  • To generate leads and meet customers through field visits and product demonstration perform market research.
  • Should be able to develop new accounts and further enhance the revenue through the product and vertical growth.
  • Closing of orders and follow up for payments/ collecting necessary documents.
