Job Description:

  • Develop a network of potential financial consultants / Agents / DSA / Channel partners in their respective areas.
  • Drive health insurance business through these agency partners.
  • Agency Licensing, signing agreements, monitoring business activation is one of the core responsibilities.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the Company’s Health product portfolio and functioning.
  • Monitor and review agency performance. Help them achieve maximum business
  • Maintaining cordial relationships with these Agency / Channel partners.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations for smooth business functioning.
  • To meet Agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries, on a regular basis and manage the business in a planned manner.
  • Training & motivating the agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.

Experience / Qualifications: 

    • 2 - 7+ years of  Agency Sales / Channel Sales / Business Development experience
    • Exposure to sales through Channel/Agency is mandatory
    • Full-time Graduation (Any stream) is mandatory. Relieving letter from the previous employer is a must

Key Skills / Competency Required: 

    • Comfortable with doing sales through networking.
    • Effective Communications & PR skills
    • Willingness to learn, innovate and take the initiative
