Job Description:
- Develop a network of potential financial consultants / Agents / DSA / Channel partners in their respective areas.
- Drive health insurance business through these agency partners.
- Agency Licensing, signing agreements, monitoring business activation is one of the core responsibilities.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the Company’s Health product portfolio and functioning.
- Monitor and review agency performance. Help them achieve maximum business
- Maintaining cordial relationships with these Agency / Channel partners.
- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations for smooth business functioning.
- To meet Agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries, on a regular basis and manage the business in a planned manner.
- Training & motivating the agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.
Experience / Qualifications:
- 2 - 7+ years of Agency Sales / Channel Sales / Business Development experience
- Exposure to sales through Channel/Agency is mandatory
- Full-time Graduation (Any stream) is mandatory. Relieving letter from the previous employer is a must
