As a Sales Manager, you are required to

Managing strategies in order to maximize
sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly
Convincing n Assisting retailers in their
strategies, output generation and productivity.
Developing specific plans to ensure growth
both long and short-term.
Educating customers with presentations,
Trainings, and regular face to face meetings.
Reviewing market-wise expenses and
You will be responsible to give the daily
plans and sales commitments regarding work in an area allotted to you.
You are required to call n meet
retailers/distributors and brief them about the company’s outlook and expectations
You are required to generate the business
in a given TAT.
Updating HR and your Reporting Manager
about the Problems, you are facing in your day-to-day work.
Visiting Atleast 60-80 Retail Outlets in a
month and resolving Retailers/Customers queries.
Accomplish sales and organization mission
by completing related results as needed.
Implement Brand Promotion strategies and
Promote our product lines by coordinating
with the entire team.
Create sales goals for each market as allotted to you.
Evaluate metrics on specific product lines
and instruct Customers to adjust Revenue output appropriately.
Listen to Retailers/Customers and determine
their needs and problems accurately.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports
and submit your findings and analysis to senior management.
Serve as the point of contact with vendors,
distributors and Retailers in the given area...
Inform senior management of any
discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results.
Fulfilling at least 80% of your individual
