Media Sales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for the post of Media Sales Manager.

Role:

The role as Media Sales Manager will require you to work SMBs and enterprise clients managing all aspects of generating, developing and closing revenue. You should know the tactics of developing business relationships with key stakeholders across the programmatic landscape.

 

If you have 1-2 years of experience and are interested in creating a big impact within a nimble company, collaborating with smaller teams to innovate, learn and grow, then this is a perfect opportunity for you. The position requires competency in sales and account management and familiarity of advertising products.

Your experience should include programmatic media sales, working for/selling into programmatic marketers, agencies, ATDs and DSPs.

 

Your Tasks as Media Sales Manager at Pixceptual:

-          Achieve revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

-          Manage and drive sales with new and existing clients by providing effective location-based marketing solutions.

-          Initiate discussions with new clients and build a high impact relationship.

-          Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate

-          Understand clients' organization and offer multiple Pixceptual solutions to the client by finding the right stakeholders for each solution.

 

 

You Should Have:

-          1-2 years of digital media sales experience.

-          Experience with ad technologies, such as DSPs, DMPs, measurement vendors (e.g. fraud, viewability, etc.) and data providers.

-          Consultative selling skills with the ability to anticipate and overcome concerns by positioning value propositions concerning client needs.

-          Active approach and interest in key industry events, trends, and emerging ad technologies.

-          Excellent communication skills with the ability to address business and technical audiences.

-          Exceptional presentation skills.

-          Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic atmosphere.

-          Ability to foster relationships and address internal and external client issues.

-          Ability to make data-driven decisions.

-          Able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the organization.

-          Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or college.
