Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at Invariance Automation Pvt. Ltd. Kanpur, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by converting leads into valuable business relationships. You will be responsible for representing our company, meeting clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position will require travel to different locations, including meeting clients, attending customer calls, and managing leads and orders through platforms like Indiamart and e-commerce websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Identify and pursue sales opportunities to convert leads into customers.
• Customer Communication: Attend and respond to customer inquiries and calls promptly.
• Travel: Visit potential clients and existing customers to build relationships and promote our products/services.
• Lead Management: Monitor and manage leads generated through Indiamart and other relevant platforms.
• Order Management: Oversee and process orders received through e-commerce websites.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
• Proficiency in using Indiamart and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of the Electronics market in Kanpur and nearby areas is a plus.
• English Proficiency (Spoken)
• Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

This position is based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, or nearby areas. Applicants from Kanpur or nearby areas are preferred.
