Job Description

Making new customers
Development of existing customers
Introduction of Company and Products in the Market
Submitting a daily working schedule to Manager
Making meeting plans with prospective customers and convincing them to buy the products
Taking Request for Quotation (RFP) from the customer with complete technical specifications and with a complete understanding of customer requirements
Submission of quotation and follow-up for Purchase Order
Taking full responsibility of the sales cycle and technical support
Taking care of payment from customer
B2B and Institutional Sales

Note: There is also a monthly variable sales incentive component to in addition to the fixed salary, wherein a certain % of the actual sales volume driven by the concerned person would get credited back as a sales incentive.
