Exp. - Agency & Broker Channel (3-5 yrs)

CTC- up to 4.50 lacs

Job Description

Primary Role
  • To develop the insurance business in the assigned area.
  • Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination.
  • Training of the advisors on Product, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office.
  • Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for activity management. 
  • Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management. 
    Secondary Role
    • Operational Assistance to various mapped partners for logins and issuance.
    • Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors/partners in the business. Required Candidate profile Required Candidate profile 1. In-Depth Knowledge of Insurance products. 2. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written. 3. Team handling experience candidate preferred. 4. Must have Sales Attitude.
