Need a Sales Manager for our company M/s. Dharmesh Construction Co. for real estate sales / show site / calling / follow ups . Should be expertise in selling real estate properties & negotiation with customers.

Minimum experience 3 years . Freshers not allowed
Salary 25k to 40k plus incentives
Full time work - 10 to 6 pm
Monday weekly off subject to work
Identifying & Distribution of project to CP
Promoting the project to CP & digital marketing
Conduct meetings with CP on site & taking updates
Sourcing of clients for project
Discuss & follow up with client
Maintain MIS & Monitoring
Excellent skill in sales & negotiation
Strong knowledge of real estate market
Managing the complete process of sales from start to end with all necessary documentation
