JD & Responsibilities
1. Manage sales team and provide leadership
2. Training and coaching
3. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
4. Set individual sales targets with sales team
5. Work on sales scripts with tele callers sales officers
6. Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
7. Ensure members of the sales team have necessary resources to perform properly
8. Plan and direct sales team training
9. Reporting directly to the founders, on daily basis
10. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
11. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
12. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
