Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities :
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Oversee the sales process to attract the new clients.
- Maintain fruit full relationship with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists.
- Listen and draw out the concerns/problems of others to identify possible solutions.
- Identify the traits of the ideal customer and seek to find others with the same traits.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
- Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects.
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company.
- Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.
Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree is required.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Candidate having digital marketing knowledge will be preferred.
- Ability to develop good relationship with current and potential clients.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with customer relationship tools such as Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to travel.
