* Responsible for managing sales and marketing of the assigned new Projects. * Proactively working towards the product development by attracting the clients and convincing them for visiting the site. * Answer the queries raised by the client related to the property dealing. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. * Meeting the sales target by closing the valuable leads. * Devise strategies & managed business development to enhance the revenues of the Organization. * Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction. Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets. * Manage team of sales professionals for sales generation & marketing of various projects * Goal setting of the team members in accordance with the organizations goals and ensure achievement of these goals on monthly basis.
Potential leads would be provided, and you have to convert those leads into sales.
