Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at PROPALY Realtors in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, client relationship management, market analysis, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Market Analysis and Forecasting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in real estate or property sales
  • Knowledge of the Pune real estate market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
