Job Description

The company is looking for an experienced and self-driven sales manager to be part of our India expansion team. The sales manager will be responsible for initiating and developing a strong relationship with medium & large customers. They will manage their time in managing existing customers and establishing relationships with new customers. The objective is to prospect, qualify and close high potential customers. Ours is a fast-moving environment and successful candidates are required to work autonomously for achieving business objective.
Responsibilities:• Prospecting & lead generation activities• Meet or exceed targets• Educate and network with key customers• Relay market needs & requirements and get them back to the product & technical team• Identify & manage projects to improve customer experience• Coach and mentor new account executives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, science, or engineering • Multi-lingual preferred- English, Hindi & local language • Strong track record in managing and growing sales & product marketing • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Advance computer skills - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment • Ability to mentor & coach
