Job Summary: FMCG

·       Candidate has to be on field all day as he needs to generate leads by visiting various clients.

·         It’s 19 years old the company, so old leads as well as new leads.

·         A lead has to be created by candidate.

·         Training of one week would be given, which will include product knowledge.

·         Basis conversation in English would be preferable.

·         Should know how to write emails in English.

·         Freshers cannot apply for the position.

·         Bike and driving licence is must

·         Candidate from FMCG and stationary would be given preference.

·         Candidate from insurance cannot apply.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager having experience of 3-5 years to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

·         Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

·         Executing and implementing strategic sales a plan that expands the company’s partner base and ensures it’s a strong presence.

·         Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

·         Make presentation, give demo generate the lead, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

·         Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
