Primarily responsible for the meeting with new schools from the designated territory.
Understand schools needs and develop plans for them.
Identify key staff in schools to cultivate profitable relationships
Build and maintain excellent relationship with schools. Bring to notice any best practice/adverse issue at the school to the seniors.
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
Work towards creating excellent relations with the schools by giving presentations to each of the stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students) in the school.
Ensure that all services promised are delivered and ensure that the schools use this efficiently. Ensure that the response time to schools is very high.
Ensure that MIS is maintained according to company requirements. Utilize all necessary internal resources efficiently to get the desired outcome.
Gather and manage competitor intelligence. Develop and maintain a great rapport with other team members within sales as well as other Departments.
Share market learning’s with Product and Marketing teams.
