The job holder performs the following tasks independently, adhering to the statutory conditions and the company’s requirements:


  1. Acquisition of new Customers (directly)and also along with the existing partners for achieving revenue targets as per business plans.
  2. Partner Sales Management: Working closely with the Team members of through partner -North and manage Top line Sales along with them.
  3. Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advise.
  4. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Regularly meeting with partner organisation on Sales targets and monthly reporting.
  6. Work closely with marketing on the success of sales promotions / New Product Launches and special products.
  7. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  8. Work closely with Product Management for 4P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
  9. Work closely with Internal Sales / Customer Serviceteam to address customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.
  10. Define process / strategies on placement of product ( Distribution channel / Logistics / Inventory).
