We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in India, focusing on selling holiday packages for Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales network by empaneling agencies (DSA or Telemarketing Both).
Responsibilities:
Empanel local Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and Telemarketing
companies in India to expand the sales network.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with empaneled
partners to ensure alignment with sales objectives and targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective
promotional strategies and materials tailored to the India market.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set for the region.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights for management review.
