Sales Manager-Retail Lending Small Ticket Unsecured Loans

Organization: Aditya Birla Finance Limited

Job Description:

To contribute to the business & profitability of the Mortgage Division by marketing/ selling targeted Mortgage products and solutions to potential and existing customers at targeted yields and enhance new client acquisition by effective networking local area programme & customer relationship management.
The product portfolio includes Loan against property Lease rental discounting home loans disbursements etc
To undertake new client acquisition and manage their retention & business volume growth
To contribute to customer satisfaction enhancement initiatives
To achieve targeted profitability & fee income
To ensure policy adherence and documentation
To formulate periodic MIS for effective monitoring
