Job Description

  •  Market the properties to potential clients as per the set sales targets through established media, websites, contacts, etc…
  • Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing plans and strategies to attract clients
  • Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet their requirement.
  • Manage your client relation through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
  • Update all properties records on monthly basis and provide feedback
  • Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property
  • Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Responsible for giving the right information about the projects and promoting the same
  • Taking up monthly Targets and working closely on them for closures
  • Responsible for Lead follow up, project site visit and conversion
  • Mailing clients project details information prior to site visits
  • Mailing clients Term Sheets post site visit
  • Managing relationship of existing Channel Partners for driving sales
  • Empanelling newer channel partners
  • Working with channel partners to push quicker sales during Pre-launch activity
  • Taking part in road shows and property events organized by marketing team
  • Collect duly filled and signed booking form with Cheque and handover to post sales formalities
  • Follow up on lead report and regularly update to the Sales Coordinator
  • Regularly report progress on Sales against monthly target to the reporting manager
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Should have excellent English communication skills
  • Sales oriented
  • Ability to handle team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Negotiating capacity.
  • Initiative and Decision Making Skills.
