Salary – Rs 3000 plus performance-based incentives

Job Description

The job comprises of being the primary point of contact for a prospect with the organization. The Sales & Marketing role is for a grassroots football academy and a football education project, both properties of Jóvenes Sports. Further the job expects you to develop and maintain a healthy relationship with our prospective and existing customers.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Engaging and converting the marketing leads through calling and messaging
• Coordinating with the Coaching staff for setting up trial sessions
• Conveying the program details and facilitating a smooth enrolment process
• Maintaining contact and following up with the remaining leads
• Fostering a relationship with our customers and getting feedback periodically
• Timely reporting on the progress to your supervisor

Prerequisites:

• Professional communication skills are a must have – Verbal (English & Hindi)
• Minimum Education Qualification - College Graduate
• Prior BPO experience and basic knowledge on grassroots football is an advantage
• Well equipped with MS Office (MS Excel & Word mainly)
• Well acquainted with NCR geography, primarily Noida and Dwarka region
