Roles & Responsibilities:
Events Planning:
  • Plan the event according to the budget and make sure that spending’s are as per the budget plan Communicate with the client regularly and understand their needs, event expectations and requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers & associated clients
  • Travel on the site to inspect the ongoing arrangements, preparations and the changes needed to suit the need of the client
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems during event execution
  • Conduct on site team briefings and handovers as required
  • Post-Event Follow Up
  • Conduct post event analysis and evaluations
  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
Desired Profile:
  • Any graduate with 0-3 yrs. of experience.
  • Strong personal attributes in a candidate as listed below would be deemed necessary:
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence people across levels 
  • Client-focused
  • A go-getter; willing to roll up the sleeves to get things done
  • Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Ability to juggle and multi-task
Marketing Executives
  • Meet customers in events, stalls, malls, outlets and convince them to download Magicpin app
  • The ME will have an target of 10-15+ new transactions per day.
  • Saturday and Sundays are compulsory working. Monday will be off.
  • 12+, Graduates (any stream),Proficient in English, Kannada or Hindi
  • Marketing TLs (BTL)
  • Support Marketing Executives in app downloads
  • Training, Monitoring of the MEs
  • Reporting, hiring and responsible for overall targets for their teams
  • Graduate with minimum 1-2 years in Marketing mainly in BTL Marketing
Inside Sales
  • Convert merchants to use Magicpins paid services using cold calling.
  • Must know basic excel, CRM usage and good hold on numbers (%tages).
  • Must be diligent in follow ups and account closures.
  • Sales through phone will be the main KRA.
  • Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Outbound Sales Processes.
  • Proficient in English, Kannada, Hindi and other South Indian Languages.
