We are looking for a bright, well-spoken, hardworking go-getter to join our high-performance tenant acquisition team. You will need to select, verify, negotiate and close tenants for the properties assigned to you. You will present metrics on a monthly basis, and ensure that the growth and occupancy rate goals are achieved. You will need to be able to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives and meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
