Job Description:
1. Primary Responsibilities
a) Vehicle Sales
1. Exhibit RE behaviour code guidelines, exhibit a deep understanding of the auto industry especially 2-wheeler segment and of history of Royal Enfield & its product range
2. Receive all walk-in queries in the store.
3. Make sure that the customer receives a warm welcome at the showroom, is made comfortable and is offered appropriate refreshments
4. Conduct need analysis with the customer, vehicle demonstration and test drives to create a unique product experience, making customers feel the need to buy a RE
5. Demonstrate a strong product and customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the portfolio
6. Facilitating test rides in-store and at home/office
7. Engage customers on riding initiatives of RE/ dealer and others in use elements
8. Check for finance requirements, cross-selling opportunities for gears and accessories from the customer
9. Guide the customer through the complete decision-making process all the way from enquiry to the booking
10. Showcase strong customer orientation and ensure the customer has a RE brand experience through the sales process, right from the first contact to booking
11. Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix
12. Drive sales for the dealers by selling profitably and maximizing value-added services sales
13. Assist the CRE sales in carrying out lost case analysis
b) Process Adherence
1. Plan and manage all system-level reporting and documentation requirement as per RECODE
2. Ensure data capture as per RECODE
3. Update and maintain the RECCE tablet with the latest information on products, usage and riding initiatives
c) Customer Satisfaction
1. Own the customer satisfaction scores for the sales process
2. Ensure presence and ownership of the customer vehicle sales
3. Conduct a home visit if required to drive customer satisfaction
4. Coordinate effectively with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of required processes such as Test Drives, Billing and payments, etc.
d) Relationship
1. Manage relationship with the key existing customers, who have influence in the community, post-sales cycle to build engagement and long term relationships
2. KPI’s: to be defined
3. Recruitment profile:
a. Educational Qualifications: PUC/ Graduate/ 2 year diploma
b. Industry: Auto 2 / 4 wheeler, Consumer Goods/ Insurance/ Banking/ , Retail
c. Minimum experience: Fresher
d. Profile: Passionate about bikes and RE. Aptitude for sales and ensuring customer experience
e. Passions/ Interests: Interested in Riding, travelling and exploring
