Objectives of this Role:

Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Understand the demand for the product in the market (Supermarket, Hypermarket, Departmental Stores in case of Charcoal Briquettes and all Fashion wears and Clothing Stores for our Cotton product)
• Introduce our product to the new customers and explain the product features to convince them on the quality and the service.

• Win orders from new customers and also track the product stock from existing customers.

• Distribute the products based on the orders received and update the same to reflect in the stock report and sales report.

• Revisit the customers at regular intervals to check the demand and plan for restocking of the products.

• Understand the competitors’ products and their marketing strategies and plan to improve on our marketing methods.

• Establish a good relationship with the customers as a trusted supplier.

• Perform marketing through field work, phone and online means.
