Working Hours:- 10 AM To 6 PM

Salary:- Up to 25k

Exp:- 1-3 years (fresher can be applied)

Job Summary
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales & Marketing Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Generating leads by visiting builders, architects, interior designers and construction companies/ sites.

Making business proposals, Handling Negotiations, final closures and payment follow-ups
Work to maximize sales and meet targets

monitoring and analyzing market trends

Exploring ways of improving existing services, and increasing profitability

To present a realistic proposal to a prospective client, having thoroughly understood cost factors, and ensure that the proposal is achievable.

Should have a strong network with various Architects and Interior Designer

Sales & Marketing Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, wed like to meet you.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Should be well versed with sales cycles of new home buyers in large projects
• Should have a strong network with various architects, builders and developers
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive and Marketing or relevant role
