Job Description

The candidate must ensure to reach out to every contact shared with utmost care and sincerity in explaining our products to the clients and answer their every question. Candidates must have good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu and should have knowledge on MS office.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform calls to all the numbers being assigned and follow up on regular bases.

2. Report the status of all the calls and follow-ups being done every day.

3. Explain all the product details to clients who would come to the office visit and accompany them for plant visit

4. Stay connected with the customers even after the sale and ensure customer satisfaction tough out the journey

5. Come up with ideas for marketing and improving sales

6. Should be willing to take up other works in procurement, dispatches, etc. when necessary
