Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Prospect and qualify leads, generating new business opportunities for uPVC windows and related products.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, highlighting product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
- Negotiate and close deals, securing profitable sales contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage social media presence and website content, creating engaging and informative material.
- Analyze marketing data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team on promotional activities and events.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of uPVC windows and their benefits is a plus.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
