We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales/Marketing Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities:

• Sales:
  • Prospect and qualify leads, generating new business opportunities for uPVC windows and related products.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, highlighting product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing profitable sales contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Marketing:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage social media presence and website content, creating engaging and informative material.
  • Analyze marketing data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on promotional activities and events.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and customer information.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of uPVC windows and their benefits is a plus.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
