Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the manager and senior staff by performing administrative and entry-level duties while they have experience
2. Conduct research and business opportunities using cold mail, and boost up the review of the company.
3. Conduct desktop research or gather information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
4. Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
5. Observing and carrying out sales processes.
6. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
7. Assisting managers/ colleagues with negotiations.
8. Observing how to close deals in the sales process.
9. Attending meetings & events to observe and learn.
10. Research and generate lists of potential customers
11. Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
12. Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts.
13. Assist in evaluating new sponsorship opportunities.
14. Learn and apply sales techniques
15. Maintain sales records.
16. Develop sales presentations, including research and potential sales pitch across the services and multiple service categories.
17. Support reporting the sales team’s performance, preparing presentations, and present it when required.
18. Assist the team in daily activities such as follow- up.
19. Assist the new staff in handling customer problems and initiating them with the company’s work culture.
20. Keep an eye on timely completion required paperwork, & enhance the business’s operational smoothness.
