  • Sales & Marketing executives (FIELD WORK) in healthcare have the primary responsibility of planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating an organization's marketing strategies. 
  • Healthcare marketing executives will plan promotional campaigns and negotiate advertising contracts with various media outlets to build brand awareness. 
  • With help from market research, executives identify appropriate consumer markets and devise effective plans to reach them. Marketing executives foster relationships with physicians to improve their organization's referrals and contracts. 
  • Intensifying competition in the healthcare industry has made it more important than ever for healthcare organizations to build effective marketing campaigns. 
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners
  • Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff and technicians to make successful job referrals and placements for students who have completed the course.
  • Maintain close communication with students who are unemployed and employed
  • Track all employment activity in our database
  • Make program recommendations based on information provided by employer and industry partners
  • Represent Vivo Healthcare Institute at meetings with employer partners, attend networking events, and keep abreast of changes in the industry relevant to employment
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with a range of employer partners
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Languages to be known: Hindi/ Marathi/ English
  • Ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals including doctors, technicians, industry representatives, staff, and program participants
  • Detail oriented and able to track employment activity.
  • Self-motivated
  • •       Must be able to represent Vivo Healthcare in a professional manner
  • •       Decision-making skills are important for marketing executives to select the right campaign design that catches consumers' eyes.
  • Having creative problem-solving skills is essential for healthcare marketing executives to generate innovative marketing ideas when sales slow.
  • Marketing executives must possess the organizational skills to meet campaign deadlines and maximize budget funding.
  • It's also important for marketing executives to be tech-savvy with good computer skills for today's digital marketing trends.
  • Qualification: Any Graduate/ MBA/ MHA/ PGDHHM/ B.Pharm
  • Experience:  1-3 Years. Familiarity with Healthcare sector is preferred
