Job Summary

  • We are looking for a talented and hard working Marketing/sales executive to undertake projects for the benefit of our company. 
  • You will have to increase cliental geographicaly that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing/sales and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. 
  • He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products and services.
  • The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
  • Role: Marketing/Sales Executive
  • Qualification: minimum Bachelor degree.
  • Experience: 3-4 years in petrochemical business/ oil Business.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:

  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s a strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving need

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Fluent command over English / Hindi/Marathi /Gujarati
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to address internal customer expectation
  • Learning and progressive attitude.
