Role: Marketing/Sales Executive
Qualification: minimum Bachelor degree.
Experience: 3-4 years in petrochemical business/ oil Business.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities:
Oversees current offerings and comes up with
initiatives for new products or services
Establishes marketing goals based on past
performance and market forecasts
Conduct market research and analysis to
evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Establish positioning, identify target
audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across
different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from
start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends,
market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics
reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future
campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals
and recommendations on tactics
Partner with email, performance marketing and
web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
Gather customer and market insights to inform
outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more
Identify effectiveness and impact of current
marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Design and implement a strategic business plan
that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s a strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting
customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans
by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
Develop and implement new sales initiatives,
strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Maintain data relative to partners, accounts
and activities and will document customer interactions
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving

Successful previous experience as a sales
representative or sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and
influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from
plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Fluent command over English / Hindi/Marathi
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to address internal customer
Learning and progressive attitude.
