  • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Visit or set up meetings potential customers for new business
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  •  Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on CFL products/ services
  • Generates New Leads
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Retain Existing Clients and plans strategy for the same
  • Train the team members with their respective position
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
