Responsibilities:
Managing Brand Sales and Marketing campaigns.
Work to acquire and retain customers. follow sales leads and open up new avenues for the business to target and focus on customer relationship management.
Collaboration with diverse teams in Digital Marketing, Sales, Product, Recruitment Operations & Management.
Client Engagement - Managing existing Clients and capturing feedback.
Actively seek out and engage with potential customers in the market to generate leads and sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, such as cold-calling, visiting potential clients, and networking events.
Present the company's product to potential customers, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities wherever needed.
Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase the company's offerings.
Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Provide real-time support to clients to build long-term relationships and foster customer loyalty.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software or other tools.
