o   Call leads from online and offline sources and explains the company offerings on the phone Collect information for a designer visit and set budget and product expectations. 

o   Track all leads received and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.

o   Track performance of designers to whom leads are assigned for timeliness and customer experience   To send feedback on leads to all required stakeholders.

o   To develop offline business partnerships.

o   To own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us

o   To achieve sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers.

o   Carry out BTL activities to generate awareness & leads amongst Target Group. Facilitate meetings  - Convert leads to meetings through email, voice and text campaigns. Ensure adequate staffing for meetings
