Job Title – Sales & Marketing Manager
Location – Gurgaon
The Sales Manager has to work on finding the best-suited properties in terms of location, size & price requirements for the prospective clients and to connect with Associate Dealers trying to find the best buyer for property owners in Gurgaon.
What you will do:
● Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting them suitable properties, taking clients for site visits.
● Connecting with Builders to keep a regular record of their inventory to be able to give options to customers readily.
● Connecting with Associate Dealers to Sell properties of Our clients within a stipulated time.
● Devising New & Innovative Strategies to fulfil Client Requirements.
● Processing the paperwork requirements of clients & related institutions to get the deal through.
● Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
● Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Required skills
● Well versed with Gurgaon's real estate market
● Self-starter with experience in managing projects from inception to completion

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Additional Requirements
● Mandatory to own a 4-wheeler will be advantageous
● The aspirant should be based out of NCR
● Should have relevant experience working in the Gurgaon real estate industry
Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
