Most of us are married and eat copious amounts of ice cream. We’d happily have a scoop for breakfast, lunch and dinner if we could. We often even dream of having different exotic flavours, in gigantic quantities, every now and then.
The BF family has been in the ice cream business for over 35 years but it has always been our dream to have a place of our own: a place where we could make handcrafted ice creams with only the highest quality ingredients. Most importantly, we dreamt of using organic milk from naturally driven cows that moo and eat grass.
We have spent years experimenting and adapting recipes from our base and ice cream masters. Luckily, our family and friends were happily willing to test subjects to all the experimental flavours we tried.
We officially opened Brain Freeze in January 2017 in Mumbai.
