Job Purpose:

Sales Officer Gold Loan is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source Gold

Loan Customers from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to

work closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Gold Loan business

Age, Educational and Experience Requirements:

Age 22 to 35 Yrs

Educational Qualification Graduate

Relevant Experience Minimum 1 to 2 Years of Gold Loan / Sales Experience

Core Competencies and Skills

➢ Sales Skills, Effective Communication, Relationship Management, Domain Expertise

➢ Sales and Lead Generation Activities, Client Meetings,

➢ Closely work with Branch Team

➢ Objection handling, Product knowledge.
