Sales Coordinator

A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer communication. The role helps the sales team achieve targets by managing documentation, reports, and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and manage schedules.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and proforma invoices for customers.
Process sales orders, order confirmations, and dispatch coordination.
Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with accounts, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.
Follow up with customers for order status, delivery updates, and payments.
Handle customer queries and after-sales support.
Track sales leads and assist the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain documentation such as contracts, invoices, and order records.
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
Problem-solving and customer handling skills
