Position: Relationship Officer

Job Responsibilities

Acquire new customers and generate business through field visits and direct sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Generate leads through market visits, referrals, cold calling, and other sources.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

Maintain regular follow-up with customers for business opportunities and retention.

Complete customer documentation and ensure KYC/process compliance.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Eligibility

Education: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Age: 18–35 years

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

Willingness to work in the field and meet customers.
