Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on franchise leads.
Coordinate with prospective and existing franchise partners.
Assist with franchise onboarding and documentation.
Support franchise operations and monitor performance.
Conduct market research and identify expansion opportunities.
Prepare regular reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements: Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and MS Office skills. Experience in sales, business development, or franchise operations is preferred.
