Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Regularly monitoring the performance of co-sales force, distributors and their salesman.
Suppose to study the market condition to forecast the market requirements, changing scenarios and communicate the same as a Regional Sales Manager.
Setting Primary Target & Secondary Target for distributors and co-sales force.
Implementation of coverage plan & promotion plan.
Coordination with superiors, proper documentation and MIS.
Responsible for forecasting and achieving sales for all brands.
Preparing reports on competition trends and analyzing the same.
Providing leadership and inspiration to the company sales team to achieve their goals
Experience in FMCG is an added advantage.

Exp: 1 to 3 years’ experience in the same field.

Salary -10 to 20 thousand + t.a.,d.a

Job Location: Uttar Pradesh & Uttrakhand.
