Job Responsibilities: -

• Introducing the new client to the company and negotiating with them for securing
• profitable business.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for developing business volume.
• Understanding client requirements and providing relevant information to the client
• Take extra efforts to ensure that non-performers come up to the curve and maintain the threshold
• Managing the MIS of the territory so as to have pulse of nos readily available.
• Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis or Monthly basis

Qualifications and Years of Experience

• Any graduate
• Years of Experience- 1- 3 Years in Sales / Marketing in any industry
• Age – 21 to 35

Preferred Skills and Industry

• Good communication skills, Good convincing/presentation skills.ed.
• Proven skills of being a Team Leader should be able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, ppt is added advantage.
• Currently working with any Retail Asset, BFSI, Insurance, and FMCG or any mass retail Product Company.
