Roles & Responsibilities:
· The key responsibility of this role is fulfill manpower requirements of our clients.
· Post on boarding, you will get brief training about work for first week.
· Efficiently and effectively fill open Mandates.
· Understanding clients hiring requirements and posting jobs.
· Sourcing & Screening of candidates from multiple sources i.e. Job portals, Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, references etc.
· Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates.
· Headhunting the quality & Exp. Candidate.
· To assure the CTQ (Required parameters of resumes) as per Client.
· Build network to find quality passive candidate.
· Adhere to daily MIS Reporting Skills Required - M S Office, hunting through Networking, referencing, Job Portals, Advertisement on Internet, Internal database.
· Managing end to end recruitment cycle.
