Job Description

The Responsibilities for this profile are as follows:

  • Intermediate negotiation processes & consult clients on market conditions, prices.
  • Provide advisory / consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
  • Understand client’s needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
  •  Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.
  • Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales.
  • Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions.
  • Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector.
  •  Someone who is flexible to travel frequently.
  •  Well verse with NCR geography.
  • Sell residential properties in Noida Ghaziabad market.
Key Requirements:
  • Sales Experience of minimum 1 year in any industry.
  • Should possess basic English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Additional Benefits: Incentives which are Performance / Target driven. There will also be Reimbursement of Mobile & Travelling / Conveyance Expenses (4k+1K).
