Key responsibilities include developing sales pipelines, managing inventory, collecting payments, and participating in promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market share in rural areas. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Implementation:

  Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for rural markets to drive business growth. 

• Customer & Distributor Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the assigned rural territory. 

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure the achievement of primary and secondary targets for the area. 

• Market Research & Analysis:

  Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and local market trends to identify new business opportunities. 

• Territory Management:

  Manage sales activities and the sales pipeline within the assigned territory, ensuring effective product distribution. 

• Promotional Activities:

  Organize and attend promotional events to increase brand visibility and promote products in rural areas. 

• Reporting & Forecasting:

  Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management. 

• Financial Management:

  Ensure the timely collection of payments from customers and manage receivables. 

• Product Demonstration & Support:

  Provide product demonstrations and support to farmers, dealers, and other rural customers. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, often with a specialization in Agriculture or Agribusiness.
