Job Description

About the Position:

Key Responsibilities 
  • Good understanding on backend rebate claim process and Inventory management.
    • E2E understanding of point of sale/ backend rebate process.
    • Inventory management.
      • Perform inventory reconciliation.
    • Understanding if virtual inventory model.
  • Responsible for Distributor Master Data Governance, Business model review & approval, Process and ID changes
    • Business model management for new distributors and updates to existing distributors - Distributor name change, Tax ID change and change
    • Creating CLM templates for distributor account changes
    • Maintaining the credit party relationships (Sold To - Bill To),Interbranch relationships and sales locations (authorized distributor non-stocking locations in specific countries) as it pertains to distributors
    • Primary support person for distributor queries or distribution-related queries
    • Cross-functional engagement with Customer Master Data, Theatre sales support, SFDC, Legal, OM, Logistics, AR, Global Service, Compliance and GTS
    • Maintain the verified Sold To and Ship To list for distributor
    • Provide input to the process owner for the SOX control related to Distributor Ship To changes
  • Juniper SPOC to OpexText / GXS for channel
    • Inviting and onboarding of new distributors in GXS as well as ongoing account maintenance
    • Understanding GXS team book process
    • Participate in biweekly check-in meetings run by GXS
    • Troubleshoot file upload issues faced by distributors
  • Miscellaneous activities
    • Oversee the new business model and activity.
    • Centralized TCode list and CMR / DMR templates
    • Distribute weekly POS and Claim errors to theatres

Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of business unit financial support, Prior experience in Channel sales environment dealing with distributors and channel partners is key requirement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions / theatres and with varied levels of management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
  • Project / Program management experience
  • Education: Finance, accounting, economics or related degree; MBA preferred, but not required
