Support sales team in their day-to-day operations as per assigned vertical
Entering closed deals in OMS for campaign setup and go live
Follow up with internal stakeholders for deal approvals
Mid-flight changes are required to be done in OMS
Close all paperwork with client/agency - deal grid approvals, sales agreement approvals
Coordinate with agency/client for ad assets to go live
Coordinate with internal teams for ad assets QC and SNP approvals to go live
Requirements:
Client servicing folks with digital advertising knowledge with a minimum 1-year work experience
Strong communication skills
Moderate Excel Skills required - Campaign optimizations, monitoring run rate and delivery within stipulated timelines and aligned RF - own complete cycle from once the deal grid is handed over to delivery of reports
Able to work internally and externally with multiple stakeholders
Data Analysis and interpretation - should be able to create reports for complex deals with multiple line items and advertisers, should be able to churn out basic cuts of data and derive meaningful interpretation (for example reading and working on OTR reports and benchmarking, among others)
