Salesforce Operations is a centralized specialist function made up of a small but dynamic team. The team provides help and guidance to the business on end to end sales and contract procedures, training and best practices, facilitating problem resolution globally. The team support the creation, execution, and analysis of the contract and opportunity for the purpose of creating a reliable contract database, thereby maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.

Position summary

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations Specialist. This role will suit a great communicator who is service orientated, has a great eye for detail and is a real team player. The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to the business for day-to-day requests, carry out project activities as and when required, manage assign daily operational tasks, monitor weekly and monthly MIS dashboards and provide expert knowledge on end to end contract and opportunity procedures ensuring procedure documentation and best practices are maintained and adhered to.

What you ll do

• Support and query management: manage daily cases and be a subject matter expert in resolving complex queries received from all business areas globally; provide assistance and support to colleagues and management at all levels.
• MIS reporting : prepare and monitor reports and dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis; engage with key stakeholders to recommend and develop KPI s where appropriate; proactively engage with the business to drive and develop service improvements; prepare and present regular team update reports to senior management.
• Process improvement : identify areas for upgrade and improvement, recommend best practices using good judgement and creativity. Work with senior management and stakeholders to review and propose solutions to solve internal and or external business challenges and to optimize team operations
• Workload and exception monitoring: proactively monitor dashboards to ensure data governance and other elements are correctly processed and flow through the system as expected; carry out updates to Salesforce and follow up with individual and teams as required.
  

Your Expertise

• 4+ years of relevant experience in the financial services sector or in a large global corporate firm
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and DocuSign would be an advantage
• University graduate or equivalent
• Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Knowledge of business processes, in particular contract management and / or sales operations processes or invoicing or customer onboarding would be an advantage
• Excellent problem solving skills with the confidence and experience to manage challenging queries
• Some knowledge of standard contract terms, licensing and fee structures would be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data entry or data outputs
• Proven ability to work effectively as an individual contributor in a team setting
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage professional relationships
• Ability to positively engage with and contribute to the wider global team
• Self motivated; comfortable taking ownership for work
• Great communication skills at all levels, written and verbal
• Excellent written and spoken English
